It had the right coating I wanted and it was just like those sold at Long John Silver. Indeed a good recipe to keep.

Salmon Mushroom Linguine

My maid had her off day today and so I needed to prepare lunch. Checked the fridge and glad that there was salmon for me to cook this Salmon Mushroom Linguine. Nothing difficult, seasoned the salmon and baked it. Added some shitake mushrooms into the tomato sauce and lastly threw in the linguine and mixed well. Topped the linguine with a piece of baked Salmon and all ready for lunch. Very satisfying and fulfilling!
